Financial Management & Reporting

Excellent record keeping and an exceptional accounting process is essential to maintaining the quality of management that meets our clients’ expectations. The ability to analyze situations and make sound, informed decisions concerning a property’s physical or financial status depends on accurate, detailed records and concise reports and statements.

 

Financial Management is the perfect fit for communities whose size or structure do not necessitate full-service management. GHCM embraces financial only relationships with communities ranging from boutique size to large-scale properties with robust on-site staff.

Financial Management includes:

Accurate, timely financial reporting and effective delinquency administration
Full budget development including five year history of income and expenses with annual budget spread

Collection of assessments
Easy to read financial statements in accordance with Bylaw requirements
Placement of investments in accordance with established Board policies, consistent with GAAP

Investment analysis
Electronic payment administration and direct debit services (ACH)
Legal liaison for collections

Resale disclosure information
Working with auditor for year end audit and tax return
Accounts receivable aging & delinquency maintenance
Fidelity bond coverage that includes company owners

Order Resale Documents

Gates Hudson Community Management utilizes the HomeWiseDocs system to store, manage and distribute resale and disclosure information for all of our Associations. To order disclosure documents please visit www.homewisedocs.com. You will need to create a user name and password and choose your association. You can search for your association by name, state and zip code.
