Gates Hudson Community Management utilizes the HomeWiseDocs system to store, manage and distribute resale and disclosure information for all of our Associations. 

 

To order disclosure documents please visit www.homewisedocs.com.

 

You will need to create a user name and password and choose your association. You can search for your association by name, state and zip code.

Virginia requests will be processed within 10 calendar days. In order to comply with the Virginia Resale Disclosure Act, we offer a 3 day rush option at no charge. There will be no charge for this document. Subsequent updates will be $70.66 each.
