OUR TEAM
PRESIDENT, CMCA®, AMS®, CPM®, PCAM®
Ms. Kiley has more than thirty years of experience in all facets of Real Estate, Property Management and Operations Management. She holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM®) Executive title for GHCM’s Accredited Management Organization (AMO®) certification with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®), is a member of IREM Chapter 8 in DC and is the 2010 Past President. She also holds the title for GHCM’s Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC) certification with the Community Association’s Institute (CAI®). Ms. Kiley received a BS in Business and obtained a Dual Master’s Degree in Technology Management and Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Maryland.
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT FINANCE & ACCOUNTING , CMCA®, AMS®
Mr. Massey has an extensive background in Accounting with more than twenty nine years of experience. He is responsible for the overall functioning of the Accounting Department, including the company’s internal controls, financial statement reporting and cash management. Mr. Massey has spent the majority of his career supervising Accounting personnel, constructing and instituting efficient in-house policies and procedures, creating appropriate checks and balances, and effectively servicing Board clients with top level customer service. Mr. Massey is a member of the Community Association Institute (CAI), is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) is an Association Management Specialist (AMS), and is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA). He received a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from North Carolina A&T State University and a Master’s of Science in Accounting from Bloomsburg University.
ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS, CMCA®, AMS®, PCAM®
Mr. Eglin has more than twenty years of experience in Multi-Family Residential and Community Association Management. He is responsible for the Operations of the Fairfax County office as well as the Loudoun County office. Mr. Eglin specializes in day-to-day operations of managing homeowners associations and condominium associations. Mr. Eglin is very knowledgeable of all Virginia Association Laws since serving as a member of the Community Associations Institute Virginia Legislative Action Committee (VALAC).
ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS, CMCA®, AMS®, PCAM®
Mr. Heisler has more than twenty years of experience in Community Association Management. He is responsible for the Operations of the Fairfax County office as well as the Prince William County office. Mr. Heisler has a strong background in property management, association management, staff supervision, and communications. He also brings a vast knowledge of operations management, budget preparation, contract negotiations and customer service skills to an already experienced team.
REGIONAL VICE PRESIDENT OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, CMCA®, AMS®
Mr. Ramirez-de-Arellano has more than twenty years of experience in Community, Commercial and Property Management, and more than twenty-five years of experience in the hospitality and customer service industry. He is responsible for the Operations of the Washington, D.C. office which includes associations in Mongomery County, Maryland. Mr. Ramirez-de-Arellano specializes in employee relations, communication with Board members and financial management oversight. He is fluent in English, Spanish, French and proficient in Italian, Portuguese and German.
Controller, CMCA®, AMS®
Ms. Walter has more than fifteen years of experience in Accounting for the association management industry. She oversees daily operations of the Accounting Department, is responsible for the creation and implementation of internal policies and procedures, and is instrumental in training and mentoring staff members to ensure quality control. Ms. Walter also works closely with the Senior Vice President of Finance & Accounting on high-level projects such as client onboarding and retention, as well as software R&D and enhancements.
Director of Training & Quality Assurance
Ms. Timonere has more than fifteen years of experience in community management. She is responsible for ensuring all employees can provide exceptional management services by giving them the information, tools and training they need to be successful. Prior to her current role, she managed a variety of condominium associations in Washington, D.C. ranging from a new construction boutique property to larger properties with unique amenities and management needs.
Client Relations Manager, CMCA®
Ms. Gray has worked in the property management industry since 2005. She is responsible for managing client relationships, responding to management inquiries, preparing proposals for new business, overseeing the company involvement with industry events and education, and liaising between GHCM and its clients.
